This position is located in the Programs (PEP) organization within Energy Efficiency (PE), Power Services (P), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).A successful candidate in the Public Utilities Specialist (Energy Efficiency) position will perform a wide variety of complex project management, planning, analytical and other duties as assigned for customers, stakeholders, and client agencies that contribute to meeting the mission and targets of the BPA Power/Energy Efficiency organization.
