Open Rank Professor - Theoretical Plant Quantitative Geneticist
The Department of Agronomy and Horticulture at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources (IANR) is seeking applications for an Open Rank Theoretical Plant Quantitative Geneticist position. This 9-month (academic year), tenure-track appointment will help drive and bridge the ongoing work being done in IANR plant and animal genetics with the development of new and innovative theories and methods in quantitative genetics that will support the increasing amounts of available genomic information towards breeding and other genetic applications, and to provide the next generations of experts with sound theoretical training through integrated teaching programs.
