As Research Leader of the Healthy Processed Foods Research Unit (HPFRU), the purpose of this position is to lead a critically important, broad scale research effort to enhance the sustainability, marketability and healthfulness of agricultural commodities and processed products. This leadership position maintains and enhances the creativity and productivity of the HPFRU. Maintaining and enhancing the creativity and productivity of HPFRU by determining program direction, developing and establishing project teams.
