Leadership - Supervise scientific or technical personnel and lead all team building for a collaboration environment
Research - conduct research in molecular, cellular, and/or biochemical experimental biology
Plant Research Expert - Expertise in plant tissue culture, plant genetic transformation, cell suspension culture, bacterial and yeast cell culture systems, and scale up for secondary metabolite production. Knowledge in metabolite purification is desired.
What we’re looking for:
PhD in Molecular, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field is required
Post-doctoral research, training, and experience is desired
Strong record of independent research and peer-reviewed publications
Communication Impact - strong written and verbal communication skills internally and externally for the needs of the target audience
Scientific rules - ability to use scientific rules and methods to solve problems including preparing biological samples for testing or analysis
