Successful candidate must have three or more years (3+) of experience maintaining an ISO 9001 QMS. Must be proficient in WI revisions, root cause analysis, company training records, quality system structuring, document control, and performing/managing audits.
Conduct internal audits
Conduct Vendor audits and maintain approved vendor lists
Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for any issues
Implement action plans - to include continuous improvement items and KPIs
Provide document control development related to quality systems and work instructions.
Refine, implement and maintain International Organization for Standardization (ISO) initiatives, systems and processes
Coordinate and deliver training on new ISO initiatives.
Ensure training compliance within the organization and maintain training records
Track customer satisfaction metrics
Comply with all company policies, ISO / ASA, Dangerous Goods, and safety/security regulations
Three or more years (3+) of ISO/QA experience
Green Belt, Six Sigma, ISO or related certifications
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Must have strong computer skills, proficiency with the MS Office suite
Excellent follow up and organizational skills
Adaptability- able to change tasks quickly as business needs dictate
Ability to foster trust and respect among vendors and team members and build relationships accordingly
Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to audience
Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage time effectively and meet deadlines accordingly
Extra consideration given to qualified candidate with aviation experience
Work Environment/Travel/Physical Demands:
Physical capacity to carry and lift a minimum of 30 pounds
Ability to sit and type at a computer terminal for long periods of time utilizing close vision to review reports and documents
